Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
